But I am encountering a problem of US's banning my sending-outs thru internet for the web domain adopted in Taiwan is the one of US. (You know Russian adoption is the one of Niederland, for instant.)
Here I need President Putin and high-ranking officers in KGB to evaluate the Putin-philed and the economic global effects aroused by me and to offer me a post in Moscow, if it is worthy to you, for the carry-on of the global revolution of communism!
I have already passed a 12-paged copy of the aforementioned email to your institute in TAIPEI along with my telephone on it, 886-2-2626-5628. I need an interview with the charging official dispatched in Taiwan to discuss this vis-à-vis.
