陸製民用直升機　通過高寒試飛

 （中央社台北13日電）新華社報導，中國大陸自主研製的首款大型民用直升機AC313，近日完成高寒地區試飛任務。

中航工業直升機公司指出，這代表該款亞洲最大噸位直升機的適用範圍可滿足大陸寒冷氣候及地球南北極地區飛行要求。

據報導，今年1、2月間，內蒙古呼倫貝爾地區出現罕見極寒天氣，嚴酷低溫下，AC313在海拉爾機場圓滿完成發動機啟動能力驗證、風險科目試飛和飛行包線拓展試飛等既定高寒地區試飛科目。

新華社表示，這驗證了AC313在攝氏零下46度低溫環境下正常使用的能力，也創造了中國大陸大型直升機每小時336公里的最大速度紀錄，突破了高寒地區性能極限。

AC313直升機1月間獲得由中國民用航空局頒發的型號合格證，成為世界上第一型取得4500公尺海拔地區A類適航證的民用直升機。

此外，這也是中國第一款完全按照最新適航條例CCAR-29R1規定的要求和程序進行研製的大型民用運輸型直升機，將應用在搶險救災、森林防火、交通運輸、海上作業、醫療救護、旅遊觀光以及公務飛行等領域。

2010年3月18日，AC313在江西景德鎮實現首飛。中航工業直升機所AC313總設計師徐朝梁表示，AC313已獲32架次訂單。

Boeing and Thales have selected the Eurocopter EC135 as the preferred platform in their bid for the Australian Defence Force's (ADF) Air 9000 Phase 7 Helicopter Aircrew Training System (HATS) tender.

"Thorough flight and ground assessments of the EC135 [as well as] its suitability for ab initio training and as a lead-in trainer to more complex and larger helicopters made it clear the EC135 was the optimum platform to meet the ADF's requirements," said Kim Gillis, managing director of Boeing Defence Australia.

Other teams bidding for the tender include BAE Systems/CAE/AgustaWestland, Bell Helicopter/Raytheon and Lockheed Martin/Bristow Helicopter. Eurocopter's Australian unit, Australian Aerospace, could also enter a bid.

Air 9000 Phase 7 aims to provide a comprehensive training package that includes both facilities and aircraft for the joint training of Royal Australian Navy and Australian Army helicopter pilots. It will see the replacement of the navy's Eurocopter AS350 Squirrels and the army's Bell OH-58 Kiowa helicopters with a single type.

A request for the tender of the requirement was issued last week.

Australia's Defence Materiel Organisation has not specified the number of helicopters to be operated, leaving it up to bidders to submit their suggestions. It estimates the cost of the programme to be between A$500 million ($530 million) and A$1 billion.

"HATS is intended to provide a rotary wing training capability for [the] navy and army to meet the future rotary wing training needs of the ADF," said Australia's Department of Defence.

"The project aims to deliver a system that encompasses elements of live, synthetic and classroom aviation instruction, to overcome the broadening gap between the current rotary training systems and the advanced operational helicopters in the current and planned future ADF inventories. There is a broad range of acquisition options under consideration," the DoD added.

Two main rivals for a Danish maritime helicopter replacement contract have announced new teaming arrangements in support of their promotion of the AW159 Lynx Wildcat and MH-60R Seahawk.

AgustaWestland and Sikorsky confirmed the developments in late January in the contest to replace Denmark's current Westland Lynx airframes. The companies signed a heads of agreement document with Aarhus-headquartered Systematic and a memorandum of agreement with Karup-based Aerotech, respectively.

Under the proposals, AgustaWestland will draw on Systematic's experience in command and control and electronic warfare equipment for its bid, and also promote the company's products on the international stage. Sikorsky Aerospace Services would contract Aerotech to participate in the delivery of logistics support over a 30-year period in the event of a Seahawk selection.

"The AW159 offers Denmark a modern off-the-shelf solution that is fully compatible with all its existing ships," AgustaWestland said.

Sikorsky noted that it has already delivered more than 100 MH-60R "Romeo" helicopters to the US Navy. The company also secured its first export order for the type late last year, with Australia having selected it for a 24-aircraft requirement.

Denmark's Defence Acquisition and Logistics Organisation is expected to announce the winner of the maritime helicopter replacement programme later this year. Eurocopter's AS565 Panther has previously been named as another contender.

雷神公司將為澳大利亞的MH-60R提供聲納

[據英國《飛行國際》網站2012年1月13日報導]澳大利亞皇家海軍選擇了雷神公司的AN/AQS-22機載低頻聲納（ALFS）作為其24架MH-60R海上戰鬥直升機的主要反潛聲納。

雷神公司稱，美國海軍獲得了這份8080萬美元的合同，將通過美國政府的對外軍售（FMS）專案向澳大利亞交付。

The Raytheon AN/AQS-22 airborne low frequency sonar (ALFS) has been chosen as the primary undersea warfare sensor for the Royal Australian Navy (RAN)'s planned fleet of 24 Lockheed Martin MH-60R naval combat helicopters.

The US Navy awarded the $80.8 million contract under the auspices of the US government's Foreign Military Sales programme, Raytheon said in a statement.

The contract is the first overseas sale of the system, it added.

"ALFS is a key tenet of our naval strategy, providing us a robust, rapid and far-reaching anti-submarine warfare capability," said US Navy captain Jim Glass, project manager for the MH-60. "Now with the sale to Australia we are providing our airborne ASW sensor of choice to advance the capabilities of a valued, allied fleet."

In June 2011, Australia signed a A$3 billion ($3.1 million) deal for 24 MH-60Rs to fill Australia's Air 9000 requirement. Two will arrive in mid-2014 for testing, with operations to commence in 2015. With 24 aircraft, the RAN will be able to provide eight warships with a helicopter at the same time.

The MH-60R will replace the RAN's 16 Sikorsky S-70B Seahawks.

俄羅斯向墨西哥出售米-17V-5多用途軍用運輸直升機

[據俄羅斯《報摘》網站2011年12月31日報導]據墨西哥軍界消息靈通人士透露，墨西哥從俄羅斯訂購了3架米-17V-5多用途軍用運輸直升機。

直升機將由俄喀山直升機廠生產，並將在2012年供應墨西哥。這批直升機是由墨西哥海軍部通過墨西哥Banco Nacional de Obras y Servicios Publicos (Banobras)租賃購買的。

近年來墨西哥海軍部與國防部一起，在與美國接壤的邊境地區負責打擊有組織犯罪和販毒。

澳大利亞採購2架CH-47D

[據英國《飛行國際》網站2011年12月13日報導]澳大利亞將採購兩架波音公司的CH-47D“支奴幹”運輸直升機，以填補其今年早些時候一架同型機在阿富汗墜毀所導致的需求缺口。這次採購將使澳大利亞國防部隊的“支奴幹”直升機數量達到7架。澳大利亞已與美國簽訂了採購合同。

    這兩架“支奴幹”還將減輕澳大利亞CHI-47D直升機訓練和維護工作的壓力。

    預計這次採購將于明年1月底完成交付，澳大利亞將在明年年中將其改裝為其現有的CH-47D構型。

Australia is to acquire two Boeing CH-47D Chinook transport helicopters to replace an example lost in Afghanistan earlier this year. The move will bring the Australian Defence Force's fleet of Chinooks to seven, said minister for defence materiel Jason Clare.

Letters of offer and acceptance for the aircraft have been signed with the USA.

The two Chinooks will alleviate the training and maintenance schedule for Australia's CH-47D fleet, Clare added.

The aircraft will be delivered to Townsville, Queensland by the end of January 2012. They will be modified to the current Australian CH-47D configuration and be ready for domestic use in Australia by the middle of 2012.

Australia will replace its CH-47Ds with CH-47Fs around 2016, said Clare. Seven of the new-build standard aircraft are on order.

歐直繼續鞏固其在馬來西亞直升機市場主導地位

Eurocopter made several announcements at Langkawi International Maritime and Aerospace Exhibition (LIMA), including the production rollout of Royal Malaysian Air Force's first EC725 transport helicopter.

"We wanted to share this on-time milestone with Malaysia, providing attendees at LIMA 2011 with an initial look at the newest helicopter that will service the country in a variety of operations," said company CEO and president Lutz Berling.

The rollout was timed to coincide with the visit of Malaysia's prime minister to the Eurocopter stand at the show. In 2010, Malaysia ordered 12 EC725s to perform in the utility and search-and-rescue roles. Deliveries will commence in 2012 and continue through early 2014.

The EC725 deal included 13 strategic cooperation projects, such as the integration of Malaysia into Eurocopter's supply chain and joint ventures to perform maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) work in Malaysia.

Another major initiative announced by Eurocopter is the planned development of a helicopter centre at Subang in conjunction with Malaysia Airports Holdings. The centre will open in 2012 and offer MRO facilities, a heliport and a parking hanger.

Eurocopter also announced a letter of agreement with Malaysia's BHIC Defence Technologies to develop a regional flight simulator centre for the EC225 and EC725 helicopters in Malaysia. The simulators will be located at the new helicopter centre at Subang. The partnership stems from the July 2011 offset plan for the RMAF's 12 EC725s.

Eurocopter also sold two EC225s for offshore operations. MHS Aviation ordered its sixth EC225 with the aircraft to be delivered in 2014. Another helicopter firm, Awan Inspirasi, also ordered an EC225 for offshore operations.

Finally, Eurocopter signed an agreement with Malaysian firm CTRM, which will build the fenestron (ducted tail fan) of the EC130. Under the CTRM agreement, Eurocopter will help the company develop helicopter systems integration competencies.

Eurocopter added that following LIMA it remains the market leader in Malaysia, with a market share of 54% for civil and paramilitary helicopters.

On the military front, the Eurocopter Tiger was the only dedicated attack helicopter to appear at LIMA. It performed a daily aerial display and appeared in the static park. Malaysia is known to have a long-running requirement for an attack helicopter, but has yet to issue a formal request for proposal.
