Jonah was a man who disobeyed God's orders. Instead, Jonah followed his own rules and set out to sea. There was a terrible storm that night and the boat tossed and turned. The crew decided to throw supplies into the ocean to lighten the boat but nothing worked. Jonah realized that he had caused the storm by disobeying God. Jonah jumped over board knowing that God would save him. When Jonah jumped into the sea the storm stopped and God sent a whale to rescue him.
