結構：動名詞用法 

（１）「動名詞」當作主詞用：我們一定經常會聽到如下列的句子。

e.g.      1. 「每天都早起」實在不容易。

     2. 「聽英語歌曲」很有趣。

     3. 「洗個熱水澡」很棒。

例：

1_2. Getting up early every day is really not easy.

2_2. Listening to English songs is fun.

3_2. Taking a hot bath is great.

例：

4. Good learners enjoy learning English.（好的學習者，喜歡學習英語。）

5. He didn't finish drawing yesterday.（他昨天並沒有完成畫圖。）

6. You have to keep reading English stories.（你必須持續地閱讀英文故事。）

7. They practice playing tennis every day.（他們每天練習打網球。）

例：

8. He started learning to surf the Internet last week.（他上個禮拜開始學習上網。）

　He started to learn to surf the Internet last week.

9. I love drinking some tea after dinner.（我喜歡在飯後喝點茶。）

　I love to drink some tea after dinner.

10. The boy tried to make a chair.（那個男孩試著做一張椅子。）

　The boy tried making a chair.

例：

12. I worried about speaking English.（我擔心要說英語。）

13. She is afraid of making new friends.（她害怕交新朋友。）

14. They are talking about making cookies. （他們正在談論著製作餅乾的事。）

15. Tina was careful about roller-blading. （Tina 在溜獨排輪時很小心。）
