    situation： John is talking to a furniture store clerk about buying a new living room set.

    John： Yes, I want to buy a living room set.

    John： Right! We can put an island in the middle of the floor, with a grill, barbecue, and the works.

    Mary： Great idea! We've just got to figure out what's going to come first.
