我的兒子叫做尤胤荀 (93.10.22出生)
長得非常清秀又聰明，但是突如其來的一場病(疑似腸病毒引起心肌炎)
造成心臟衰竭，96.12.27住進台大醫院4C2兒童加護病房，
97.1.5開始接上葉克膜，就開始與時間賽跑，如果不能在一個多星期黃金時間內，等到一顆合適的心臟進行移植，就只能眼睜睜看著他離開。
請大家體諒我這個淚已流乾的父親，幫我留意一下您身邊的人，如果有人發生意外不幸腦死，拜託家屬把心臟捐給我兒子，讓其細胞能夠長存人間、心臟繼續跳動下去。
我兒子需要的是體重大約20多公斤血型A型小朋友的心臟。
請大家一定要幫幫忙，我會讓我兒子好好長大奉獻給這個社會的。
我是國內電腦公司的技術人員，我太太是醫檢師，我們都是這個社會有用的人，請大家一定要幫幫我們！
