贏家說'這雖然困難但是有可能做到'；輸家說'這雖然有可能做到但是有困難'

When a Winner makes a mistake, he says 'I was wrong'.
When a Loser makes a mistake, he says 'It wasn't my fault.'
贏家犯錯時會說'我錯了'；輸家犯錯時會說'這不是我的錯'

Winners make commitments.
Losers make promises.
贏家用行動承擔責任；輸家只會口頭承諾

Winners have dreams.
Loser have schemes.
贏家有夢想；輸家有算計

Winners say 'I must do something.'
Losers say 'something must be done.'
贏家說'我必須做某件事'；輸家說'某件事必須有人去做'

Winners are a part of the team.
Losers are apart from the team.
贏家是團隊的一部份；輸家只會在團隊之外看好戲

Winners see the gain.
Losers see the pain.
贏家重視努力成果；輸家只看到痛苦

Winners see possibilities.
Losers see problems.
贏家看到種種可能性；輸家看到種種問題

Winners believe in win/win.
Losers believe for them to win someone has to lose.
贏家相信雙贏；輸家認為一定會有輸贏之分

Winners see the potential.
Losers see the past.
贏家看到潛力；輸家回憶過去

Winners are like a thermostat.
Losers are like thermometers.
贏家像個溫度調節器；輸家像個溫度計

Winners choose what they say.
Losers say what they choose.
贏家說話會三思；輸家口無遮攔

Winners use hard arguments but soft words.
Losers use soft arguments but hard words.
在爭論中，贏家言語溫和但立場清楚明白；輸家言語剛烈但卻立場不明

Winners stand firm on values but compromise on petty things.
Losers stand firm on petty things but compromise on values.
贏家可以不計較小事，但堅持價值準則；輸家斤斤計較小事，卻對基本價值妥協

Winners follow the philosophy of empathy, 'Don't do to others what you would not want them to do to you.'
Losers follow the philosophy, 'Do it to others before they do it to you.'
贏家有同理心，己所不欲，勿施於人；輸家認為要在別人做掉你之前先做掉他

贏家無私的服務他人；輸家期待他人為他服務

Losers care only about themselves and whether others care them.
贏家關心別人；輸家只關心自己以及別人有沒有關心他

Winners plan and prepare to win.
