The ever-increasing trash has been one of the major environmental problems, which has brought great trouble to our lives. Therefore, it is high time that we took action to iron out such a thorny problem.  Five years ago, a good example set by Taipei City government is worth mentioning.  It is called the garbage classified policy.  I practice, all the citizens are required to pay for the trash bags and the trash they are going to throw must be classified at home. With the cooperation of the citizens in Taipei, The government of Taipei City was able to carry out this policy smoothly. We are now glad to see them dispose of their trash in keeping with this policy. I wish this practical policy could be reduplicated by the other cities not only in Taiwan but also in other countries.
