羅馬尼亞採購垂直發射型“米卡”地空導彈系統

 
    [本站2009年8月7日綜合報導]    羅馬尼亞已宣佈成為MBDA公司地面垂直發射型“米卡”（VL MICA）地空導彈系統的客戶。7月16日，MBDA公司僅對外宣佈簽訂了訂單，但並未披露具體的客戶。羅馬尼亞空軍新任總司令Ion-Aurel Stanciu少將表示，在訪問巴黎航空展期間，他簽署了垂直發射型“米卡”地空導彈系統和“西北風”近程地空導彈系統購買合同。此外，Ion-Aurel Stanciu透露，羅馬尼亞空軍還計畫採購高空地空導彈系統。
 
    7月8日，法國武器裝備總署（DGA）在位於比斯加奧斯（Biscarosse）的法國導彈試驗發射中心（CELM）靶場，地面垂直發射型“米卡”地空導彈系統成功演示了其保護瀕海區域對付海上空中攻擊的能力。試驗由DGA、法國空軍和MBDA公司聯合組織，有6個國外代表團觀摩了試驗。
 
    試驗中，紅外制導“米卡”導彈從地面垂直發射箱發射，在飛行末段，成功利用紅外導引頭跟蹤到在海面上方10米掠海飛行的靶彈，並在15千米外成功攔截到目標。此次試驗也標誌著，“米卡”導彈連續第15次從地面垂直發射箱成功發射。

印度將與MDBA公司聯合研製新型防空導彈

對抗好戰分子攻擊 以色列測試反火箭系統

（法新社耶路撒冷15日電） 以色列國防部今天說，以色列已成功測試一種能夠攔截和摧毀來自諸如加薩走廊或黎巴嫩南部好戰分子發射火箭的系統。

以色列軍方在一項聲明中說，這套由公共軍備公司拉費爾（Rafael）發展的「鐵穹」（Iron Dome）系統在最近幾天已測試成功，摧毀了未指明數目的來襲火箭。

Israel tests anti-rocket system

JERUSALEM (AFP) – Israel has successfully tested a system that intercepts and destroys rockets such as those fired by militants from the Gaza Strip or from south Lebanon, the defence ministry said on Wednesday.

The "Iron Dome" system developed by public armaments firm Rafael was tested successfully in recent days and destroyed an unspecified number of incoming rockets, the ministry said in a statement.

More tests are expected in the next few months before the defence system is deployed in southern Israel to counteract rockets fired by Palestinian militants based in the Hamas-ruled Gaza Strip.

The military commentator of private television Channel 10 said meanwhile the defence ministry wants to deploy the system near the southern Israeli border town of Sderot by the beginning of 2010.

Iron Dome is expected to be able to intercept rockets with a range from four kilometres to 70 kilometres (2.5 to 44 miles).

"This system is a new defence element against rockets and will allow the Israeli army to better carry out its supreme duty which is to protect, in the best way, our civilian population," Defence Minister Ehud Barak said.

The Israeli military says militants have fired more than 200 rockets and mortar rounds at Israel since the January 18 end of the Jewish state's 22-day military offensive against Gaza.

Israeli areas near the Palestinian enclave have been the target of homemade Qassam rockets fired by Palestinian militants since the start of the intifada in September 2000.

The militant Shiite group Hezbollah fired more than 4,000 Katyusha rockets at Israel during the 2006 summer war between the two sides, forcing one million residents to flee homes in north Israel or hide in shelters.

傳哥倫比亞游擊隊尋求獲取地對空飛彈

（法新社波哥大12日電） 哥倫比亞報紙今天報導，「哥倫比亞革命軍」（Revolutionary Armed Forcesof Colombia，FARC）游擊隊正在尋求透過委內瑞拉聯繫，以獲取大約20枚俄羅斯製造的依格拉S24型（IglaS24）地對空飛彈。

據「時報」（El Tiempo）說，高級政府官員能夠證實這個左翼好戰團體將尋求這種射程6公里的武器。

報導說，3名「哥倫比亞革命軍」成員在去年12月交換了有關獲得這種武器的消息，「哥倫比亞革命軍」成員馬林（Luciano Marin），又名馬奎斯（IvanMarquez），負責獲得飛彈的工作。

引進地對空飛彈可能嚴重影響哥倫比亞政府對游擊隊的作戰。哥倫比亞總統烏力貝（Alvaro Uribe）加強掃蕩游擊隊，而這項作戰行動非常依賴軍方空中力量的優勢。

Kongsberg Receives New Air Defence System Order for the US Army

Kongsberg has, as a partner of a Raytheon team, booked an order valued at MNOK 23 from fellow team member, the Boeing Company. The order approves the long-lead purchases, leading to low rate initial production of the MNOK 91 Surfaced Launched AMRAAM (SLAMRAAM) Program for the US Army.

Full rate production is expected to start in 2012, at a value of approximately MNOK 500 for Kongsberg, if all options are executed.

SLAMRAAM which is based on Norwegian Adapted Surface to Air Missile Systems (NASAMS) represents a revolutionary step forward in the air defence capability. SLAMRAAM will field the first command and control air defence system supporting the US Army's vision of 'system of systems'.

SLAMRAAM is a tailorable, state-of-the-art air defence system that can defeat current and emerging cruise missile threats, unmanned aerial systems and a wide range of air breathing threats. 挪威康斯柏格公司與芬蘭簽署防空導彈系統合同

Kongsberg Signs NOK 3 Billion Contract with Finland

In Helsinki today, the Finnish Army Material Command Headquarter and Kongsberg formally signed an agreement with a scope of approx. NOK 3 billion (approx. $460M—Ed.) for the NASAMS II air defence system for the Finnish Defence Forces.

The NASAMS II system made by Kongsberg/Raytheon will be Finland's new medium-range air defence missile system (MRADMS). System deliveries will be completed in 2014.

陸基垂直發射型“米卡”導彈贏得首個出口訂單

以色列飛機工業公司（IAI）研製新型“箭式”-3導彈

    [據澳大利亞每日航太網站2009年6月17日報導]  以色列飛機工業公司（IAI）正在研製一枚創新型“箭式”-3導彈，目標是攔截並摧毀未來的遠端威脅。

　　該攔截器無縫地集成在“箭式”武器系統（AWS）上，補充了目前和未來“箭式”-2導彈的模組，動能封裝和短時飛行使導彈可以執行綜合交戰任務。“箭式”-3外大氣層攔截器是一枚以“碰撞殺傷”技術為基礎的兩級攔截器。緊湊的設計、優良的機動性能以及轉移能力均足以增強其抵抗所有戰場彈道導彈（TBM）、彈頭的有效性。“箭式”-3導彈還包括一個尖端遠端精確高清電子光學（EO）感測器，且生命週期成本低。

Raytheon's SLAMRAAM Demonstrates Ability to Intercept UAS

TEWKSBURY, Mass., June 2, 2009 /PRNewswire/ -- Raytheon Company's (NYSE: RTN) Surface Launched Advanced Medium Range Air-to-Air Missile successfully intercepted a maneuvering unmanned aircraft system (UAS) during a flight test at White Sands Missile Range, N.M.

"This test highlighted the flexibility and adaptability networked sensors and shooters bring to the warfighter to respond to today's evolving threats," said Pete Franklin, vice president for Raytheon Integrated Defense Systems' National & Theater Security Programs. "Together with the U.S. Army, we've built upon the proven capabilities of earlier variants of the ground launched AMRAAM currently fielded to our allies and deployed in our nation's capital. This brings us one step closer to the air and missile defense vision of an architecture linking any sensor to any shooter."

SLAMRAAM, operated by Raytheon employees and U.S. Army soldiers, detected and tracked a maneuvering UAS target using a geographically dispersed network of three advanced Sentinel radars employing composite tracking to cue the weapon system. Operators fired an AIM-120C7 missile against the maneuvering UAS target at the system's maximum range. The engagement was executed from the centralized Integrated Fire Control System commanding a launch from a SLAMRAAM Humvee-based fire unit. Preliminary test data results indicate that the SLAMRAAM system successfully met all test objectives.

Operational testing of the system continues in support of SLAMRAAM low rate initial production planned for late 2009.
