Go toward this person inside you. Hold to him, as a child holds the hand of a mother when walking-it is safety, security, guidance. Now, if you are trying to hold to a condition, it is not possible because conditions change. If you are trying to push something out, it is not possible because it fights back, Hold to this person inside you-Constant Remembrance-again very simple. You have to practise. It's not something to understand, it's to practise.
