“祂的创作” 上天创造了宇宙万物，也创造了我们。最早我们是十分纯洁的，就如祂一样。有一次我问巴布济上师：“那第一个原念 (念头)是怎么来的？”他回答说，那是上天的纯正心，我们就出自其内。随后我们又产生了“我存在”这种念头或态度。就在那一刹那，我们思想与行为的全部责任就要由我们自己来承担了。因此我们开始面对自己各种思想与行为的后果。这便是头一次形成印记的经过。印记进而不断深化，以至根深蒂固，犹如铁一般硬。发展到这个程度后，印记几乎无法清除。那么我们为什么需要大师呢？正是因为祂可以轻松清除这种根深蒂固的印记而同时保证我们不至被粉身碎骨。祂能将我们的未来变得更加光荣，更加神圣。

Life of Spirit Just as God, through Divine will, brought into effect this vast creation, so did the man bring into effect his own tiny creation by his own will. The result was that his Real self got completely enwrapped within the thick covering of grossness. Now the agencies working for it are mainly manas (psyche), chit (consciousness), buddhi (intellect) and ahankar (ego). They lead to the formation of samskaras, and all these things collectively form a sort of network round the Real self. That is the true picture of our tiny creation. The only solution is to bring this creation to a state of dissolution (pralaya). When this covering is shattered off and the Real self emerges out of it, the real life of spirit (atman) begins.

Going Home
The only way out of this existence is to return to the source. To find the way back by unraveling the strands binding us may not be possible except with the help of a guide who has connected himself to the Source, and who can therefore loosen the knots binding us by the power of his transmission of the highest consciousness. The first and almost immediate effect of the transmission is to give peace and calmness which can hardly be expressed in words. This experience in meditation helps to gently remind us of the source to which we must return and repeated experience strengthens the remembrance of our original home, and so loosens the bondage of the present life. As the transmission takes us to deeper and deeper levels of remembrance, our journey to the source becomes firmly established.

性相近： Basically, all the sex are same.
習相遠： But it depends on how you do it.
苟不教： If you do not practice all the time,
性乃遷： Sex will leave you.
教之道： The way of learning it
貴以專： It is very important to make love with only one person.
昔孟母： Once a great mother, Mrs Meng
擇鄰處： Choose her neighbor to avoid bad sex influence.
子不學： If you don't study hard,
斷機杼： Your dick will become useless.
竇燕山： Dou, the Famous,
有義方： Owned a very effective exciting medicine.
教五子： All his five sons took it.
名俱揚： And their sexual ability were well-known.
養不教： If your children don't know how to do it,
父之過： It is all your fault.
教不嚴： If they had lots of problems with it,
師之惰： Their teacher must be too lazy to tell them details on sex.
子不學： You may refuse to study this,
非所宜： But that is a real mistake.
幼不學： If you don't learn it in childhood,
老何為： You will lose your ability when aged.
玉不琢： If you don't exercise your organ,
不成器： It won't become hard and strong.
人不學： If you don't learn sex,
不知義：You can by no means enjoy its sweetness.

"毅力"
不论遇到什么样的情况我们都应该使用自己的毅力。这也恰恰是问题的根源。当欲望与毅力背道而驰的时候，毅力往往会失去效力。事故古代经典教导我们学会让毅力同欲望脱身并加以使用。[1] 毅力随使用而变强，不使用则变弱。这好比一把刀，如果不加以使用必然会生锈。[2] 只有坚持毅勇，不断使用这种内在的力量我们才能让自己的毅力坚强如钢。[3]

Will
In all cases, will must be applied and this is where the problem comes because where desire goes against the will, the will fails. That is why, in all our ancient scriptures, we have been instructed to cut the will from the desire and then apply the will. [1] The will increases in strength as we use it, and every time we don't use it, it becomes weakened. This is very much like a knife, which must be used continuously if it is not to rust. [2] Only doing the things repeatedly, by the application of will power again and again can we strengthen will power. [3]

老丐試圖翻譯一下:
人必須擺脫害羞! 害羞看起來像是好品格. 可是我覺得, 害羞只是: ego躲在一個差強人意的外表之下.
把ego翻譯成為"自负"? 表示譯者不瞭解ego! 甚至對於 ego 有偏見!
這樣子隨便翻譯? 戒慎, 戒慎!
"害羞"
我们应该设法摆脱害羞的心里。害羞看起来好像无大碍，但我认为那不过宜人的外壳隐藏着自负心里的表现。

“自由”
圣雄甘地曾说道：“通向自由的道路是经过监狱的”。如果将这世界当作一个大型监狱的话，从灵修的角度看，这种说法十分恰当。对人生彻底绝望后，有不少人希望生命早日结束。但是在我看来，与其这样还不如向主祈祷，请祂恩赐我们一个与长眠平行的生活。

Faith
I am happy to see hope because it shows the existence of faith. Without faith, one cannot hope because, to my mind, hope is an attitude evolving out of the inner faith in the heart. And the way hope is exhibited is in one's ability to wait. It is nothing but faith which gives patience and I am, therefore, always happy to see hope featuring in abhyasis' (aspirants; those who practice yoga in order to achieve union with God) letters. May your faith grow and grow.

幸福实际上就是生存的本质。其实，世间唯幸福独存，其他如悲哀什么的都是我们的错觉。幸福也不在外面，而在于将精神集中起来，让意志坚定并使心灵归回。知道这个秘诀的人不会在外面的事物中寻找幸福。

Happiness
Happiness in itself is real existence. Really speaking, happiness alone exists and all else, namely sorrow etc., is nothing but illusion. Happiness is not anywhere outside. Balance His (Babuji's) greatest teaching to the modern world, that there is really nothing wrong with the material existence provided we look to our inside existence, too. Balance both. Give equal attention to both, and then there is nothing wrong with this beautiful world. If you have the inner beauty inside you will see outer beauty every where, because everyone knows that beauty is not in what we see but, as the poet said, "beauty is in the eyes of the beholder."
