OBJECTIVES OF MEDITATION冥想的目的
o Meditation is the only way to go back to the Centre, to our Self or the divine. It is a simple practice that consists in regulating the individual mind.
冥想是唯一回归本源(回归自我或神性)的方法。同时这还是一个可以管理思绪的简单的修习方法。
o The practice regulates and trains our mind, therefore enable us to balance one’s personal life.
修习冥想管理、训练我们的头脑,使我们可以平衡自己的生活。
o Meditation helps the digestion of the transmission which can be intensely received during seminars.
在研讨会期间接受的大量的慧能,冥想可以帮助我们渐渐吸收。
o The only means to bring back peace in the world.
