自今年三月份的研讨会后,我们都一直计划着要在成都、昆明、西安和上海四地举办更多的研讨会。本次除上海的活动时间自101日持续至105日外,其余三地均为101日至103日。同时,我们还要高兴的通知您,在此期间还会有来自法国、新加坡、香港和澳门各地的修习者及导师前来参与。

OBJECTIVES OF MEDITATION冥想的目的
o Meditation is the only way to go back to the Centre, to our Self or the divine. It is a simple practice that consists in regulating the individual mind.

o The practice regulates and trains our mind, therefore enable us to balance one’s personal life.

SHEET 6 – THE TEN MAXIMS / CHARACTER FORMATION
目标Objectives:
认识到利用十项箴言的重要性,并通过做到以下几点将之付诸实现:
To become aware of the significance to adopt these maxims as a tool to:
- 将灵修的价值观融入到现实生活中,融入到自己的一举一动;
Integrate the spiritual values into the material life, in our day-to-day behaviours,
- 在生活中最艰难的时刻,充分利用十项箴言;
Make the most of the maxims in the difficult situations we encounter in our daily life,
- 完善自身人格
Work on our character,
- 与自然和谐共处
Live in harmony with Nature.
推荐练习:(视剩余时间而定)
Suggestions of exercises to do according to the time left:
1 – 请发自内心地逐条阅读十项箴言,每条读两遍,每两条间隔约1分钟。
From the deep bottom of our heart, read each maxim twice with around one-minute break between the two.
2 – 阅读大师关于十项箴言的教诲(见文末),然后相互交流。
Similarly read Rev. Master’s speech about the whole maxims which can be found at the end of the document. Then, exchanges.
根据十项箴言进行自评Self-assessment of the maxims:
-你感觉如何?How do I feel?
-你是如何感受到的?(通过心还是头脑)How do I have received them (heart, mind)?
-你有没有按照箴言所说的那样去做呢?Do I already practice them?

箴言 Maxim 1
黎明前起床。在固定的时间,以固定的坐姿进行祷告和冥想,最好在日出前。需要找一个可以独处的地方作为自己冥想的空间。应该勤于净化心绪和身体。
Rise before dawn. Offer your prayer and meditation at a fixed hour, preferably before sunrise, sitting in one and the same pose. Have a separate place and seat for worship. Purity of mind and body should be specially
adhered to.
箴言 Maxim 2
用祈祷来开始冥想,以帮助灵性的提升,祈祷时内心应充满爱与虔诚。
Begin your meditation with a prayer for spiritual elevation, with a heart full of love and devotion.
箴言 Maxim 3
坚定你的目标:与内心之主完全合一。坚持不懈直至达到目标
Fix up your goal which should be “complete oneness” with God. Rest not till the ideal is achieved.
箴言Maxim 4
生活应当平和而单纯,与大自然和谐相处。
Be plain and simple to be identical with Nature.
箴言Maxim 5
保持信念,将不幸看作是益己的恩泽,用感恩的心接受。
Be truthful. Take miseries as divine blessings for your own good and be thankful.
箴言Maxim 6
对待别人如同自己的兄弟。
Know all people as thy brethren and treat them as such.
箴言Maxim 7
如果别人冒犯自己不要耿耿于怀,应将其视为一份特殊的礼物欣然接受。
Be not revengeful for the wrongs done by others.
箴言 Maxim 8
用快乐与感恩的心对待一日三餐,无论食物简单还是丰盛,只要那些是诚实、受之无愧的所得。
Be happy to eat in constant divine thought whatever you get, with due regard to honest and pious earnings.
箴言 Maxim 9
塑造你的生活,唤起他人心中的爱与虔诚。
Mould your life so as to rouse a feeling of love and piety in others.
箴言Maxim 10
临睡前,感觉内心神性的呈现,忏悔过失,恳求宽恕,绝不重犯。
At bedtime, feeling the presence of God, repent for the wrongs committed. Beg forgiveness in a supplicant mood, resolving not to allow repetition of the same.

第十三、慧能传递

“It is His love which was being poured into our hearts which we call the transmission, which we call pranahuti.” - Shri Parthasarathi Rajagopalachari

To know more about transmission, which is a transformation tool for man (or mankind) and an outstanding feature of the Sahaj Marg :
慧能传递是一种使人类进化的方法,也是自然之道最显著的特征之一。通过以下讨论我们会对它有一个更好的了解。
This system of raja yoga, called Sahaj Marg, which means the natural way of Realisation, was discovered by his Master, also called Shri Ram Chandraji, but belonging to a different place, Fatehgarh. He rediscovered—I say rediscovered because this power of transmission was there many many centuries ago according to my Master, but this faculty of transmission was lost—he rediscovered the possibility of transmitting the Divine energy into the hearts of persons so that they grow, not by their own power, which is after all limited however strong or powerful a person may be, but by the Divine energy which is poured into them. And my Master is now following this tradition, this practice. This is unique. And therefore it is correct to say my Master is an authority on this yoga. It is a practical yoga. It is not philosophical or metaphysical. It does not need these foundations. (Yatra Vol. I, Shri P. Rajagopalachari, p. 66)

A unique feature of this method is that the aspirant’s spiritual progress is initiated and progressively strengthened by what is known as “transmission”, the transmission being done by the Master or His preceptors. What is transmitted is Master’s own yogic spiritual energy, and this therefore enables the student to progress beyond the limits of his own capacity. (Letter from Babuji to Chariji—December 1971 - p.263)
这个方法独一无二之处就在于:修习者通过接受“慧能传递”在灵修上开始进步并日渐提升。慧能传递是需要大师或是他的修习者来完成的。慧能传递中所传递的东西就是大师自己灵修的精神能量,这些会帮助学员远远超越其自身有限的水平。(巴布济给查理济的信—1971年12月 - p.263)
