To my disappointment, the front desk informed me that it would not be possible given the limited time of my stay.
I could understand that it might take some time to have the souvernirs I want purchased and that it might not have been possible. However, the way your staff said it sounded like they weren't even willing to give it a try. I was expecting better employee training from such a prestigious hotel.
