Is Taiwan a homogeneous society?

I think Taiwan ,cmparing to America, is a quite homogenous society, but it is creep changing now. As we know, Taiwan's birth-rate is very low. Taiwan's weman don't want to marry, so we import a lot of foreign brides from Tailand, Vie-Nam, Indonesia, China and Philipine. Their children called new breed Taiwanese. So Taiwan society is gradulately becoming more heterogeneous than before.
