I'd like to off you some suggestions:
(1) get a hair cut. You hair is too long.
(2) when you are on TV, sometimes you need to speak Taiwanese. Don't use 100% Chinese. This is better for Mr. Ma.
(3) when you talk on TV, slow down your talk.
(4) when you talk on TV, get to the point; get to the key point. Cut it short and make straightforward point.
(5) When you talk, don't use too much "defensive tone". That makes a lot of people unconfortable. That makes Mr. Ma unlikeable.
