  ¤ As a beginner, the body language is allowed. But then they are encouraged to use      the whole sentence from time to time. 

  ¤ It is important to give the students the time to express or describe their feelings.

  ¤Teacher's talking to students is very important. 

  ¤Sometimes it is necessary to give students the peer group pressure. 

  ¤Words are not just words anymore. When we combine several elegant words to make sentences that give us fresh feelings, it is called literature. Literature is the foundation of expression.

  ¤Students need to understand each other's talking through practicing. This can improve their speaking and listening skills. 

  ¤When an instructor asked the member to do something, the instructor always end it with "Thank You." It is called subconsciously inspiration.
