Dear Children,
How have you been? The typhoon has caused great damage in Taiwan this early August and there might be more typhoons coming in the near future. I hope you and your families are all safe and sound.
I have been traveling along the west coast of the United Sates of America, visiting friends and going to some universities that I might be interested in studying. Doing research in the libraries and having hot chocolate milk in the sun to relax my mind are my favorate things to do on campus.
Since I am on my vacation, I have more time to enjoy my reading and writing. I wonder how many books you have read. If you want to, you are welcome to write down the thoughts and I would love to read them as well.
I will share more information with you while I go back to Taiwan. May you all have a wonderful summer vacation. Please take good care of yourself and I will see you soon in September.
Love,
Camilla
Ps. The enchanting moment during a day is to sit on a bench, relax and see all the ducks and Canada geese swimming elegantly in the fountain at University of Washington.
The Canada Goose (Branta canadensis) is a wild goose belonging to the genus Branta, which is native to Arctic and temperate regions of North America, having a black head and neck, white patches on the face, and a brownish-gray body. It is quite often called the Canadian Goose, but that name is not strictly correct, according to the American Ornithologists' Union.[2]
According to the Oxford English Dictionary, the first citation for the 'Canada Goose' dates back to 1772.
