The Serenity Prayer

God grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, the courage to change the things I can, and the wisdom to know the difference.

Living one day at a time.

Enjoying one moment at a time.

Accepting hardship as the pathway to peace.

Taking, as Jesus did, this sinful world as it is not as I would have it.

Trusting that you, God, will make all things right if I surrender to Your will.

So that I may be reasonably happy in this life. And supremely happy with You forever in the next.

靜禱

祈求天父賜予我平靜的心，接受不可改變的事；給我勇氣改變可以改變的事；並賜予我分辨兩者的智慧。

活在當下，珍惜當下。接納艱辛乃導向詳和的路徑。能如基督坦誠承受這罪惡的世態，按其現實本相，而非照我所願；若我順服祂的旨意，相信凡事祂會歸正妥善。

如此，我或許在今生享受相當的喜悅，在來世中能享永遠與主同在的無上喜樂。阿們。
