本人乃年邁81的弱勢老嫗，師範畢業後任職國小近40年，先生為上校退役，現年86歲。

先生於52年間在嘉義市郊區購地七分，經營養雞場，備亟辛勞。後該土地因都市更新劃為住、商綜合區，被分割為13筆，其中一筆為路地。於80年間與台北市「宏恩建設公司」訂有土地合建契約；即由土地所有權提供6筆土地，該公司出資興建混泥磚造「三樓三」房屋透天厝出售，兩造均分完成之建物，並收訂金一千萬元。

詎三日後該公司提出一張供報稅用之協議書並地價欄空白之土地買賣契約書，要土地提供人自填虛報之地價台幣一億八千萬元，言明增加成本、預謀逃稅。為老夫婦拒絕，因而涉訟，噩魘至今已15載。土地買賣標的六筆共計4861平方公尺被法拍，案外六筆土地共計1144平方公尺，亦被吞噬一空。交由「震大建設公司」興建【震大美墅】(見 http://www.PetitionOnline.com/OldLady/petition.html)，55戶搶售一空，得款逾六億台幣。

而土地所有人所收訂金，早已因高額訴訟費及律師費而消耗殆盡；不但傾家蕩產，老先生還以八旬高齡在2003年春節前被抓坐牢三個月，沈冤莫白、多年來投訴無門，上訴駁回。不得已以垂垂老矣之身學習電腦及上網，將不公不義之判決公諸於網站，敬請正義人士公評！

補充說明：

法庭在未對待給付情形下，強制過戶要了我們案內案外共12筆土地；為了制止我申冤，又用誣告及誹謗罪雙重起訴我夫婦。

誣告罪下又分刑事及民事賠償，刑事部分判老先生徒刑三個月(不得易科罰金)，民事賠償部分判誣告不成立被駁回。

誹謗罪下也分刑事及民事賠償，刑事部分我夫婦各被判刑三個月，易科罰金合16萬多。民事賠償部分，則判我夫婦個別賠償對方80萬，共計160萬。

一案四判，目的是整人，讓老人每天跑法庭，疲於奔命。在受害人傷口上灑鹽，手段之殘酷，莫此為甚！
