Master Lee was born in Dequing Guadong on 18 April 1928, he has been interested in Kuo-Shu from an early age when he started learning from his grandmother. In 1947 he became an apprentice to grandmasters Chang Dong-Sheng and Liu Mu-Sen. With them he specialized in Chinese Wu-Shu that led him to learning the fundamentals of Chuan arts and Chi-Kung.

Mr. Lee spent some time in the R. O. C. Army as a paratrooper where he reached the rank of Major; during his time in the army he taught martial arts.

Between 1961 and 1971 he was acupuncture apprentice to the famous Oriental medical doctor Wu Hui-Ping with whom he obtained rich experience.

He has been a ballet dancer and instructor with the Tsai Jui-Yueh ballet troupe.

In 1976 he did advanced studies in Chinese Acupuncture’s internal structure at the Che Chuan Acupuncture Training Institute of Singapore.

From 1955 to 1997 he participated in hundreds of national and international martial arts championships in which he earned twenty gold medals and numerous international prizes.

Through the years he has written forty books bout Tai-Chi, Pa Qua, Shao Lin, Shuai Chiao, Acupuncture, Reflexology and the use of Moxa. He has taught martial arts and healing arts in Taiwan, Japan, Singapore, Malaysia, England, Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, United States of America and Honduras.

In 2000 he was asked by the Taiwanese government to go to El Salvador and train the Civilian National Police, in an effort to develop a modern peacetime police force after the revolution, he spent four years training the police in which time around 20,000 police students were formed. During the 2001 earthquake in El Salvador he participated actively in the rescue effort and aiding victims of trauma. He has remained in El Salvador since, he now teaches Tai-Chi and practices acupuncture and other healing arts there.

He remains as active as always traveling to many places teaching martial arts, acupuncture, reflexology and moxa, he is always willing to share his knowledge and constantly learning about new ways to treat ailments.
