You should and ought to know that this is an annual year-end affair and as per norm, it is a 2 days/1 nite affair. Of course, it is my wish that everyone in the
team can participate and that's why we had made
the annoucement way back in February when we
last played our monthly game. Thoe who have
excused themselves, we should try to understand
their predicament for I believe they also wish they
could join us. Like yourself who have opted for a 1
game trip, we also try to understand your situation.
Having the dinner in Taichung is not a MUST but since
we are staying in Taichung and I believe we would
also complete the game early, the plan is to check-in and then proceed for dinner and thereafter some funs
if time permits. Likewise those who find it a chore
with this arrangement or have other commitment,
I can't force them too. At the same time, since
majority do not have problem or issue with this
arrangement, the arranegement will stand. I do not
believe I can meet everyone's expectation and I
believe you will agree with me since you do organise
a lot of outings for your friends and here we are
talking about 53 peoples!!!
It is my manner to reply to your issues since you
did mention my name in the posting. And I hope this
reply answers your doubts. On the other hand, I was
wondering what you would do if we had organised
the Chairman's tournament on Sunday instead of
Saturday? Would you still come for a day or both
days? I believe most of them who could make it for
a days are due to some reason best known to them.
It is always my feeling that every member has a
responsibility and identity with the team and for such
an annual event, would look forward and put aside
whatever business unless otherwise dictated, to
come together for a fun-filled trip!

季雷/ 雷蒙 : 這次用餐一定要拉去台中吃嗎? 我們只有打一場球的人還要趕回家去, 這樣的安排是否有點不妥? 只參加一場擊球的人似乎就無法享用到晚餐, 畢竟這次是會長盃, 應該儘量讓每一個都可以參與到, 這會長盃的意義才有吧. 希望可以再考慮一下. 謝謝~
