What I simply meant is as follows ......
Amanda had already confirmed 6 flights for 11/05 at Chang-An since
10/01 and the price was even posted for everyone's reference. We did
not hear any feedback from anyone here and assumed everyone would
go with what we had done for each one of you. In your case, you came
back to us last week to notify us that you have secured 4 pieces of
membership which I presumed, you would like to use it for yourself simply
because you do not have to pay for its rental fee. From my position, I
have to stand by what we had done for you and that's you have to make
use of the memberhsip we have secured for you unless you can get some
one to take over its rental and that will be none of our businesses or
responsibilities. And we will not entertain any additional flights since we
have already committed to the club. FYI, there are still other members
of our team who would like to come but have to be turned away simply
because we have a commitment with the club. And we are not even sure
if the club could still accomodate since it is a Saturday and their new ruling
does not forbid golf teams on weekend.
I hope this clarifies your questions.
I hope this will be the last time I have to address this issue.
I hope every KenpiWormites would appreciate the effort that are being
put in to plan, co-ordinate and execute the monthly game we have had
thus far. If any one of you does have the previlege of getting yourself a
cheaper way to pay for yourself at a certain golf course, pls do inform us
early so that we will not have to consider borrowing any membership on
your behalf. We, the organiser, would alway try to get the best price for
each game for each one of you. And unless you notify us early since we
have also notified you early of next game venue, there will be no way for
you to evade paying for the membership rental we have effected on your
behalf. By early, I mean at least 3 weeks before the scheduled game. In
this aspect, I have to thank Amanda for helping out for these two games we are enjoying. One for helping us get a good golfing rate and two for
taking the effort to organise all the necessary administrative effort with
the club itself.
Kindly take note of the above and hope for yor co-operation and under-
standing in case any similar situation may happen to you in the future.
