Flight out of S'pore on 10/11 is a bit tight since the first ferry out of Bintan is 1030 Hrs (S'pore Time) plus immigration & travel time from ferry terminal to airport and you would probably reach the airport at about 1230 Hrs which is 1 hour before departure.  You had better check if that's ok ...

Accomodation .... Banyan Tree or Villa which can accomodate 7 people (4 rooms) w/ swimming pool & barbacue pit and costs about S$1050 per nite or Bintan Lagoon.

Also needs number of confirmed list and must have name and passport number and expiry date & birth date.

I an only start making any booking once I know the confirmed number of people coming.
