This is beta version which supports H.264. * Remove mmoy's patches and assign /LTCG explicitly. This step is try to see how many performance it would drop. In my plan, I would like to build with PGO support by VC8, however, it seems mmoy's patches might encounter some error in my previous VC8 builds.
