yes, i see, after i left the respond, and discussed this poem with my firend for finding a good poem..he already told me, it's a famous song, how embarrassing is ......

and then some meaning of his translatation is better than me...

truely, this poem reminds me of him, that is why i translated and told him...that emotion is just like as him...

you poem in english is really good which is touching for sure..

why not try to write the english poem and translate for us...

as this way:

離枝的黃葉飄落窗前
秋葉紅艷的金光
我似見妳的芳唇,夏天的親吻
如陽灼熱的雙手我曾緊握
