Signing on the Dotted Line: Victor J. Dzau, M.D., chancellor for health affairs and president/CEO of Duke University Health System, and Professor Ke Yang, executive vice president for Peking University and Peking University Health Science Center, signed a letter agreeing to investigate the possibilities of collaboration between their institutions.
