好漢也經不起絕症磨。
深受折磨才不想活。
無論天人都應有同理心。
開一扇善門讓他解脫。

Sick Pain and Happy End

            ( I )

Even a tough human can’t endure

the torment of a terminal ailment.

Because of the unbearable torture,

so he prefers an early termination.

Both heaven and human should

have the sympathetic sentiment.

so can open a merciful side door,

let him out of a painful situation.

        ( II )

人生早晚須解脫，
何必苦等老病磨。
早去西方或天國，
早得安息或成佛。

世事不斷在改變，

生死之事須達觀。

只要責完趣已淡,
隨時樂終大家歡。

免得你憐我也慘。
免得你累我也慘。
免得你厭我更慘！

Sooner or later life must be released.
Why be tortured by age and disease?

Go early to heaven or west paradise,

to be a buddha or ever rest in peace.

World may often change its old face.

Human should alter our thought alike.

When duty is finished and fun is faded,

have a happy end at any time we like.

Lest, they’ll pity us, we’ll be miserable.

Then, we’ll be miserable, they’ll be tired.

Or, they’ll be discouraged and dislike us!

Surely, we’ll suffer much more and die!
