最難忘的酒：1978 DRC La Tâche, 1985 DRC La Tâche, 1982 Lafite-Rothschild, 1998 Le Pin, 1961 Sorrel Hermitage, 1972 Guigal La Mouline, 1992 Henri Jayer Cros Parantoux

終於有機會一嚐米其林三星Troisgros的美食，也在Maison Troisgros住了一晚。在Beaune市内嚐到了難忘的Bresse poularde和鴿子。

勃艮第和波爾多真的是天壤地別。波爾多酒莊多半是高產量的大型商業化的企業，莊主/經理感覺上像是上流社會的貴族或富商。和他們用餐都是他們在酒莊内作東並拿出酒窖裏的珍藏請我們喝。

勃艮第的酒莊產量一般是波爾多的幾分之一，莊主/經理感覺上比較象樸實的農夫。因爲酒莊規模小，和他們用餐都是在外面餐廳由我們請客喝酒。
