薩德反導彈系統
戰區高空防禦導彈(Terminal High Altitude Area Defense, THAAD, 薩德),又稱世界之王導彈,是美國陸軍研發的一款導彈攔截用導彈,屬於國家導彈防禦系統的加強一環,意圖取代愛國者導彈,發展一種更強的攔截能力。
波斯灣戰爭後美軍綜合檢討期望加強愛國者導彈後同時發展一種新的專用攔截用導彈,防禦覆蓋面更廣大,命中率更高。並能夠攔截平流層上的導彈,於是THAAD計畫由洛克希德馬丁公司展開。
特徵
THAAD最終達到了比海基標準三型導彈還大的攔截能力,強化了國家導彈防禦系統和戰區飛彈防禦系統的功能,本系統採用推力偏向彈頭以秒速2,500m飛向目標予以擊毀,並有紅外線追熱裝制修正最後航向,以發射車一組10枚方式部屬。
搜索發射系統則也是車載的AN/TPY-2雷達組,可以偵測立體1,000km範圍內的來襲導彈。
北韓大浦洞2號導彈試射後,日本引進一組THAAD在青森縣車力分屯基地進行實驗部署。
