5. The above counts are all felony.
6. All exhibits are original evidences seized by DA within 4 months period.
7. 倘若馬英九與所謂「民進黨天王」的特別費，不論是否需要單據部分均受調查；則被陳瑞仁檢察官放掉的陳水扁國務機要費「不需單據的一半」，即應一視同仁，重啟調查。因為，馬英九等的首長特別費，其一半不需單據，及可匯入個人帳戶，皆是政府法令明定，有所準據；至於陳水扁將國務機要費分成「一半要單據、一半不要」，卻是陳水扁擅自主張，沒有任何法令依據。純屬虛構」，涉及貪汙；則其擅稱「不需單據的一半」沒有任何法令依據,  則為貪汙.  陳水扁 can not make an excuse for Confidentiality of Foreign affair.
8. 陳瑞仁 must find out where is the money coming from to陳致中、黃睿靚 (Chih-Chung Chen或 Zhi-Zhong Chen)，A/C? Based on UDN news,(11/25/2006) owns 3 multi-millions dollars house in the U.S.Total value aboutUS$28,670,000+16million=$44,670,000.=1,461,099,954.70 TWD bssed on 11/26/06 rate. Those money smell suspicious with both's income even if it were given by his parents.

10.陳瑞仁 has pressure from the expectation to set unbiased verdict straight

陳水扁
1. He is evil. He still holds the power of presidency.
2. He is sneak. He will by all means use his tricks to win the case.
3. He has all the best defense team like in O.J. Simpson Trial.
4. He may use the last resort by creating a national crisis to help him get
    away with the forth-coming guilty verdict.
5. In the worst scenario, he might, just like 2 miracle bullets, commit another crime to save his neck. This includes hiring a hit man to marksmanship shooting him on the arm or leg to inflict a real injury and would be hospitalized. In the instance, he will announce the Martial law and temporary curfew.
6. 陳水扁下台對自己沒什麼好處，因為「活著就有希望」，一旦下台，就什麼都沒有了。而且失去了總統豁免權，就得面臨法律訴究。所以陳水扁「撐得愈久，愈有時間安排.
