We are going to open the application BBS(overseas) on pm.01:00 , 7th, July.
我們將在7月7日中午一點（韓國時間）開始開通海外申請版塊
(The list of applicants will be arranged and presented in 7 days.)
申請人名單將在7日後公示
Make the application with form.
請使用表格進行申請。

2. Copy the form as below and make the application and Be sure to check 'secret'.
請複製下列表格並進行填寫。請務必核對“是否保密”（注：這句相當奇怪，無法找到相關語境所以只能大概翻譯）

All details must be written on the application form. If you have a companion, please make it with hers/his.

3. One person is available to apply for max. 2 seats. (As you know, you and your companion’s application must be submitted. Otherwise, no admit. )
3．一個人最多可以申請兩個座位 (請注意的是您和您的同伴的申請一定要上交，否則不會予以通過)

4. We will post the list of seat number in application order on XXth, July.
我們會將座位號名單按申請先後順序在七月某日公告。
Please wait for our notice that divided group by seat number.
請等待我們通過座位號來分組的具體公告。

5. Invalid the application when you submit over the date.
如果您在規定期限後再遞交申請，申請將視為無效
If there's excessive number of applicants, the latecomer can not get a seat.
如果申請數目過多，後遞交申請者將無法獲得座位（即使您是在規定時間內遞交的申請）
(Even you submit in time.)

6. Information for the ticket distribution
關於門票發放
Payment for overseas will be taken in the party day. Please, bring your ID card which is available to identify your name such as passport, driver's license. No one without ID card is allowed to get the ticket and admit the hall.
海外付款將在生日會當天收取。請帶上能確認您名字的有效證件，如護照，駕照等。無有效證件者將無法領取門票以及入場。

7. The ticket will be distributed p.m 1~3 .
門票將在下午1點至3點發放。
Be sure the time. After 3 o'clock, ticket booth will be closed.
請務必準時。3點之後，售票點將關閉。

Prohibit exchanging the ticket between Korean fans and Overseas fans.
嚴禁韓國FANS與海外FANS進行換票。

場地好像不大，看了一下位子編號，好像只有幾百個，票價又可親(只是機票很貴)~想要近距離看生人的可以考慮一下
