Tua Rita酒廠位在Maremma，是個小型「精品」酒廠，創辦人工作退休後，選擇建立Tua Rita重新出發，Tua Rita酒廠在Suverto村裡快速成長和活躍，也搭上Super-Tuscan的風潮。1990年代由酒莊兼釀酒師Luca D'Attoma經營，後來由Stefano Chioccioli接手，酒莊仍維持著濃郁、強勁、集中的風格，甚至更甚於前。Giusto di Notri使用Bordeaux-blend（Cabernet Sauvignon、Merlot），有著如墨深的酒色和雄壯的單寧，也有豐富的內容和深度；Redigaffi則是使用100% Merlot，是全世界釀得最好的數支Merlot之一，但是產量極少。這支酒使用65% Cabernet Sauvignon、20% Merlot、15% Cabernet Franc混合而成。

WS:92 This is very jammy on the nose, but impressive with lots of raspberry and blackberry aromas. Full-bodied, soft and round, with loads of opulent fruit. Lots of vanilla on the finish. Thick and caressing. Flamboyant red here. Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Cabernet Franc. Best after 2006. 1,915 cases made. (JS)

Deep ruby-red. Super-ripe aromas of chocolate-covered raspberry, quinine and coriander. Broad, spicy and palate-staining, with strong plum and mocha flavors and impressive density. The rather suave tannins turn just a bit dry towards the back end. Guida Veronelli:95
