德研究:日間補眠45分鐘 記憶力增5倍

德國薩爾蘭大學(Saarland University)近日一份研究發現,若日間能補眠45~60分鐘,記憶力就可提升5倍。
據美國《赫芬頓郵報》報導,研究人員請來41人背單字,其中一半人進行小睡,另一半的人則觀賞影片。結果發現,有補眠的人,其學習成效增高不少。研究人員表示,在學校或辦公室小睡片刻,的確可顯著提高學習功效,但絕對不是上班或上課隨意打瞌睡的藉口。該篇報告發表於《學習與記憶神經學》(Neurobiology of Learning and Memory)期刊。

Saarland University, Germany A study recently found that, if able to catch up on sleep during the day 45 to 60 minutes, the memory can be increased by 5 times.
According to the United States, "Huffington Post" reported that researchers invited 41 people back words, half of them were napping, the other half of the people are watching videos.
